Online customer service was fabulous. I was tossed up between David Yurman And Effy. There was a 25% off promotion going on at the time but the rep was able to apply 35% off!! That sealed the deal for me.Which is about 2″ too long . I have a short neck. LOL.?? They offered to adjust it for free. They said they’ll send a return FedEx box too! So far I’m very satisfied!
