This company is incredible! Their customer service people are brilliant! I bought an Effy ring years ago in port while on a cruise. I lost a small diamond recently and contacted them, but I did not have my bill of sale. They found my bill of sale in their system and sent me shipping instructions with pre-paid labels. It took only a couple of weeks from the time I sent them the ring to have it back looking just like new and it didn’t cost me a penny! Beautiful and well made jewelry! You can’t go wrong!!
