   I visited the Effy Corporation in New York not knowing at the time it was a corporate office. I mentioned I was here to visit the Effy jewelry store and was told it was an corporate office. So kindly did the receptionist let me in when I told them I had purchased an Effy pendant and the clasp was defective and I almost lost my pendant and asked if they could fix it. A gentleman by the name of Emil Hakimi was very kind, tentative and professional took my pendant in the back to have another gentleman tightened the clasp. The gentleman came out and introduced himself and very professional as well and showed me how he tightened the clap. Emil was very professional and took the time out of his busy day to assist me. He asked if I would like to see some jewelry since I told him I was interested in looking at some rings. He put us in a conference room and brought some rings in for me to see. My husband purchase a beautiful blue topaz ring for me. Thank you Emil! You are the best!!! Your are very professional and have exceptional customer service. I will be back to visit your new store on 7th Avenue. Thank you, Cheryl Davis
