Bought a pair of gorgeous tanzanite 1CT 14K PC White Gold earrings from Effy at a very reasonable price at a Carnival cruise ship on December 2021. Got home and one of the clasps dropped and was unable to be found; upon calling the customer center, Jenny promptly consulted with the jeweler and sent me free of charge a pair of earring clasps replacement. The replacement clasps actually stayed better than the original ones. I just need to get used to the new size which is slightly smaller. I definitely recommend Effy jewelry to others for their outstanding designs and customer service. While on the cruise ship we had fun with the presentations and promotional offers, raffles, games, and gifts. I understand now why the jewelry cost as much as it does. The company has much more expenses than other jewelry stores.Update: Amazing!!! I thought I lost my earring clasp on a Christmas gathering day at a local park, so I looked all over: tennis court, parking lot, grass area, house, garage, inside our car for 2 months and just on Valentine’s Day, I found it on the dining table by my husband’s side. He said he accidentally stepped on it 2 days ago when he was by the couch in our retrieve room upstairs. Happy Valentine’s, everyone! And thanks, Effy jewelry for sending me a better pair of clasps for the new ones are tighter. Not wearing the original ones any more (unless, it is in my house). Lol.

I emailed the customer service rep on Friday July 2nd and they responded that they were out of the office and would be returning on Tuesday July 6th. I placed and order with the representative who was out of the office, who said the order would go out on Tuesday when they opened, and it would be overnighted (at my request) to arrive on Wednesday. It arrived and everything was flawless.I then had my staff overnight it to me at my out of state location so i could give my wife the ring for our anniversary!!
