Orders a ring that matched a pair of ear rings we had purchased a few months back. The ring looked good on the web site. When the ring arrived it was beautiful but it was small – not the size of the ring but overall. This meant that the ring would not show up well on her finger or would be over shadowed if warn with another ring. I hated to return but determined that it was my best option. Effy was great through out the entire process. Initial order was shipped in a timely manner and arrived quickly. The return process was also very easy. Through both processed I was kept informed and updated. Effy showed real concern for my business.
