   I bought a necklace in Nassau on a cruise from the Effy store. It was beautiful but I decided to exchange it for a ring when I got home. The customer service was great and the return was easy. Unfortunately when I received my ring a stone was missing. I promptly called them and they were very apologetic and gave me a return order immediately. I haven’t received my other ring yet but I’m confident everything will turn out well. So far it has been a pleasure dealing with Effy customer service

   The Effy Jewelry website is very easy to use. The search functions were intuitive and comprehensive and the checkout process was very straight forward.
