I purchased 2 rings when I was on a cruise. One needed to be resized so I emailed Effy customer care and they promptly responded. Mailed the ring to them and got it back after a few weeks. The other one was a gift for my daughter but after thinking it over, I decided it’s not an approriate thing to give to her. Although, three months had passed after the purchase, they were so gracious to let me exchanged it for something of the same value. Good customer service right there. Thank you.

I had my eye on this for a while and finally purchased it since it was 25% off. Received it quickly. It is better than I expected. Love how alexandrite changes colors. I purchased a ring several years ago from Effy during an Alaskan cruise at one of the stops. The ring is smaller but love watching the change in colors.

I had to return a ring to be resized that I had bought for my husbands wedding anniversary. We guessed at the size when I bought this panther multi stone ring on a cruise. The staff was very helpful to me to send in the ring, have it resized and returned, Had to wait because the pandemic had started and everyone had to be on lock down, The staff did a great job a year after my purchase and waiting for a proper time to have it resized after the lock down and businesses could open when feasible, Purchased a future ring for another anniversary and earrings for my anniversary gift from Ndaka my Effy ambassador who worked with me for a great experience, The ring and earrings arrived within 5 days and they are perfect.
