   I LOVE Effy products! Quality, Precision, Sparkle, Design, Engineering, etc. This is my 1st on-line purchase and when I called the agent was more than happy to help. I received my pendant yesterday and OMG! It is even more beautiful now that it is on my neck. I passed it up while in the Caribbean because the chain was to short. Effy customer service fixed my problem and I LOVE IT! I was on NCL Getaway in January and the Effy team was amazing. Dan from your NYC office was there. I think I bought 7 pieces. My niece loves everything as well. Thank you for your amazing staff and jewelry!
