   I sent them an email about the relative size of the ring I was interested in and the color of the emeralds. They sent me an actual picture of it on a finger so I could see both the size and color. The ring arrived quickly after I decided to purchase and it was even prettier in person. They also gave me an excellent price which made the deal even sweeter.

   Made a mistake thinking that the original chain for an EFFY necklace was too delicate I purchased another style. I was so wrong. The thicker chain detracted from the beauty of the pendant and even make the diamonds look smaller. I should have known that EFFY knew best and returned the item without any problem. EFFY knows what they are doing. Recommended.by a shopper with a few purchased EFFY items.
