Above expectations in every waySales representative and director were thorough in how their processes work, how long it would take, how packages arrive, etc. Their customer service was all through email but they were fairly responsive and able to answer my questions. At times, it seemed like they only worked on one item/ticket at a time and didn’t lump all customer orders/tickets into one. I did receive everything in the time period stated, and it good condition.
