   Raphael Gorjian answered my questions promptly and accurately. He provided customer service above and beyond. I do not normally give the highest rating even when I receive very good service. His service was A+.The order was expedited and shipped the same day with next day delivery. Because the earrings did not fit my Lovely Sort of Wife, Raphael assisted me in returning them. My Credit card was credited with 24 hours of receipt by Effy. The quality of the Earrings was excellent. Raphael truly deserves an “At-A-Boy”

   The ring I purchased is very pretty and the blue is awesome. I selected the largest size and it just fits – I wish I was able to select a larger size with I purchased the ring.

   I love the designs of Effy. No other jewelry has the look, it is always different. The quality has no equal. I know that if anything happens to a piece Effy will stand behind it. I have several pieces I have bought over the years and they still look like the day I got them.
