   I ordered the Lapis Luzli ring and realized within a few minutes after placing the order that I had not changed the ring size from a 7 to 6.25. I then followed up with an email and phone call and within 1 business day I received a prompt and courteous phone call and email indicating that the change would be made–no problem. To my delight, the ring arrived about 4 weeks later, I received the ring and it was properly sized. Not only that, the ring is gorgeous and I will enjoy wearing it. Very pleased with the entire process but hope that Effy will work on expediting the shipping process. Please decrease the time to 1 week or 2 weeks at the most.
