   I interacted with an Effy representative who is professional and provides exemplary service with an easy going and warm personality. He supported my needs by answering my many questions, including but not limited to quality of the pieces, what they looked like in person and Effy’s return policy. He even accommodated me by reaching out on his non-scheduled workday and weekend so I could receive my purchase as soon as possible. One item needed to be sized, which should have taken 3-4 weeks; but, to my surprise, it only took a little over a week. Time was taken, with patience, making my interaction a great experience. He is an excellent representative for Effy. I would not hesitate to purchase from Effy in the future.
