I went to Effy online and ordered the matching earrings since they were not available in the store. They are so lovely. I have always wanted tanzanite. So happy I was able to get these finally. Their customer service was great for both my interactions. First time around ordered a ring and selected the wrong stone shade and emailed them and they updated and sent the new order over within the hour to update payment. Second interaction saw a ring on clearance but not in my size. Emailed them requesting the size after letting me know it would be final sale, they sent over the order with the size I was requesting and payment instructions. First ring took 4 weeks from order to finger, week one of second order has not shipped as yet but well within the 4-6 weeks I was told.
