This item was one of the items we found when exploring another item we purchased with an Effy representative via chat. The item we purchased was a emerald bracelet that we had customized to length, with the additional length made into a very nice pendant. Due to a recent trip we had the delivery delayed until yesterday. The item arrived yesterday and my wife absolutely loved both items.
